How often do you get to see two guys who weigh almost 500 pounds combined do backflips?

San Antonio Commanders linebackers Tyrone Holmes, listed at 6-foot-2, 253 pounds, and Shaan Washington, 6-foot-2, 240, showed off their skills at practice Thursday at the Alamodome.

And for the record, they both stuck the landing.
