Stewart made the announcement on his Twitter account. He is a 6-foot-4, 210-pound receiver from College Station Texas (A&M Consolidated High School).
As a senior at UTSA in 2017, he played in all 11 games and started nine. He caught 39 passes for a team-high 518 yards and three touchdowns.
His junior season in 2016, he played in 13 games and caught 36 passes for a school single-season record 682 yards and five touchdowns.
Stewart did not see action in his freshman and sophomore years at UTSA.
